We currently do not accept returns for refunds. However, full-priced items can be returned for store credit only. Returned goods must be sent back within 7 days of delivery and in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags intact. Please avoid makeup marks, strong scents, or pet hair while trying on your Disla item. Return is not available for made-to-order and pre-order items.
Return and Refund
Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or unfit products (subject to availability). If the requested item is sold out, store credit will be offered. Merchandise for exchange must be in its original condition. Items returned with signs of wear or damage cannot be exchanged and will be returned to you. Exchange is not available for made-to-order items.
